Our Story

Restaurateurs and SteakChop co-founders Todd and Andy have spent over 25 years forging relationships with the country's best-in-class ranchers, butchers, and fishmongers, sourcing and selecting the highest quality proteins available.

But they wondered why five-star restaurants and top chefs had access to specialty vendors and their exceptional proteins, while everyone else could rarely if ever, find high-quality meats and seafood at the grocery store.

After all, to enjoy superlative-inducing restaurant-quality meals at home, you need to start with the same excellent quality meat and seafood!

With Todd's top-notch protein sources and Andy's extensive experience building sophisticated food delivery systems, they knew they were the perfect partners to shake things up. They set out to create a modern supply chain that would make it possible to deliver fine-dining quality proteins directly to customers at affordable prices.
